Common raw materials for sheet metal processing include the following:

Cold rolled sheet (SPCC): Steel sheet material made by cold rolling process, with stable thickness and excellent processing performance, widely used in the production of various sheet metal products.

Galvanized steel sheet (SECC): The surface is coated with a layer of zinc to prevent corrosion, widely used for outdoor or rust-proof sheet metal parts.

Stainless steel: It has good corrosion resistance and aesthetics, and is often used in kitchenware, medical equipment, construction and other fields. Common types of stainless steel such as SUS304 have excellent corrosion resistance and heat resistance.

Aluminum: It has the advantages of light specific gravity, corrosion resistance, and good formability. It is suitable for aerospace, transportation and other fields. Common types of aluminum are pure aluminum plates and alloy aluminum plates.

Copper: It has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, and is often used in electrical connectors, radiators, etc. Common types of copper are copper plates, brass plates and bronze plates.

Hot rolled sheet (SHCC): Compared with cold rolled sheet, it has higher strength, but slightly worse surface quality, and is suitable for structural parts with low surface requirements.

Magnesium alloy sheet: Light weight, high strength, mainly used in the aerospace field.

Tinplate (tinplate): The surface is coated with a layer of tin, mainly used in food packaging and canning industry.

Titanium alloy sheet: It has high strength, low density, and excellent corrosion resistance, and is mostly used in aerospace engines and military fields.
