Our production base is located in Tong'an District, Xiamen, China.

Our regular payment terms is T/T 30% in advance, 70% balance payment before shipment. For small quantity and amount orders, we suggest paying T/T 100% in advance to save the service fee.

The shipping cost depends on the delivery method you choose. Express delivery is usually the fastest but also the most expensive. Ocean shipping is the best choice for bulk goods. Only when we know the details of quantity, weight and method can we give you the accurate shipping cost. Please contact us for more information.

Yes, we require a minimum order quantity of 1 piece for all international orders. If you want to place a large order, you can do a sample test first.

Of course, we can provide most of the documents, including CE/FSC/ISO certificates and other required export documents.

Our preferred 3D CAD format is STEP, as it imports into all of our CAD/CAM/CAE software smoothly. We can also accept IGES, IGS, STP, X_B and X_T, but we must have actual 3D CAD to provide accurate proposals or provide a molded product.

Yes, 2D drawings in PDF format are acceptable for inspection and communication purposes, but cannot be used as a substitute for the 3D CAD formats listed above.

No, due to the limitations in accuracy associated with this file format it is not a viable option for building injection molds.

Yes, we have been providing product design services for over 20 years and have a team of engineers who are proficient in designing various parts.
If you need help creating a 3D CAD file or need to modify a part design for a better product, please contact us.

Yes, we warehouse and maintain all molds in our possession for the life of the project. If the project becomes dormant for more than 12 months we will contact you to understand your intentions and future needs. We may charge a storage fee for molds held beyond reasonable dormant periods.

Although direct comparisons are difficult, Dazao's prices will be typically 25-45% less for plastic injection mold tools and CNC machined / turned parts when compared to suppliers in North America and Europe. As compared to Chinese suppliers, we choose to not to compete on price but to offer the highest levels of quality, rapid response and professional results.

Lead times are quoted in calendar days. As per our Terms and Conditions, quoted lead times commence only after completion and confirmation of design for manufacturing review and the beginning of actual production.

We know. Mistakes happen. That's part of life! Issues with any orders through Dazao can usually be resolved directly with the supplier through our quote and order revision control feature. For anything else, our ops team is ready to jump in and assist at any time.

Quality parts can be made in as little as two weeks if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer. Request a quote to get more accurate lead times based on your project.As for transportation, small quantities of goods are transported by air, which may take several days from China to Europe or North America; medium and large quantities of goods are mostly transported by sea, which may take 1-2 months.
