PEEK

PEEK Material Requires High Temperature And Precise Process Control During Injection Molding Because It Is Resistant To High Temperature, High Strength And Chemical Corrosion, But Has Poor Fluidity And Must Be Fully Dried Before Processing To Avoid Bubbles. The Mold Design Needs To Be Reasonably Optimized To Ensure That The Material Is Fully Filled, And The Cooling Rate Needs To Be Strictly Controlled To Reduce Internal Stress And Prevent Deformation Or Cracking Of The Finished Product. Although The Process Is Difficult, Complex Parts With Stable Dimensions And Excellent Performance Can Be Obtained Through Precise Control, And Are Widely Used In High-Demand Industrial Fields

Virgin PEEK

Virgin PEEK Requires High Processing Temperature And Precise Temperature Control In The Injection Molding Process. Due To Its High Melt Viscosity And Weak Fluidity, The Mold Is Usually Required To Maintain A High Temperature To Optimize The Filling Effect. The Material Must Be Fully Dried Before Processing To Avoid Bubbles. During Injection Molding, The Pressure Must Be Stabilized To Avoid Internal Stress. At The Same Time, Rapid Cooling Can Reduce Changes In Crystallinity. The Final Molded Product Has Excellent High Temperature Resistance, Mechanical Strength And Chemical Stability.

PEEK-GF30

During The Injection Molding Process Of PEEK-GF30, Special Attention Should Be Paid To The Fluidity Control In A High Temperature Environment. Due To Its Material Characteristics, The Barrel And Mold Temperature Should Be Kept High To Ensure Complete Filling. At The Same Time, Internal Stress Or Deformation Caused By Too Fast Cooling Should Be Avoided. During The Processing, Equipment Components With Strong Wear Resistance Should Be Used, And The Injection Pressure And Speed Should Be Finely Adjusted To Balance The Distribution Orientation Of The Glass Fiber And The Surface Molding Quality. The Overall Process Must Take Into Account Both The High Performance Of The Material And The Processing Stability.
