PANylon

Nylon Is Easily Affected By Moisture And Must Be Thoroughly Dried Before Use, Otherwise Bubbles Or Surface Defects Will Easily Appear In The Finished Product; It Has Good Fluidity In The Molten State And Can Easily Fill The Details Of Complex Molds, But It Shrinks Significantly When Cooled, Which Can Easily Lead To Dimensional Deviation Or Deformation, So The Mold Design Needs To Reserve Adjustment Space. Nylon Injection Molded Parts Are Brittle When They Are Just Demolded, And Proper Insulation Or Post-Treatment Can Improve Their Toughness. At The Same Time, Its Wear-Resistant And Durable Properties Also Make It Suitable For Manufacturing Parts That Require Long-Term Friction, Such As Gears And Pulleys.
