PS (Polystyrene) Is Widely Used In CNC Machining For Prototyping, Display Models And Small Batch Custom Parts Production Due To Its Light Weight, Easy Cutting And High Dimensional Stability. Complex Geometric Structures Can Be Quickly Formed Through Precision Milling Or Turning, And The Surface Smoothness Is Excellent. It Can Be Directly Sprayed Or Electroplated Without Post-Processing. The Cutting Temperature Must Be Controlled During Processing To Avoid Thermal Deformation, And Sharp Carbide Tools Can Improve Processing Efficiency. PS Is Prominently Used In The Fields Of Electronic Housings, Non-Load-Bearing Parts Of Medical Devices And Optical Instrument Brackets. Its Low Hygroscopicity Ensures The Processing Dimensional Accuracy Of ±0.1mm.
