PVC

PVC Has Limited Heat Resistance. Excessively High Temperatures Can Easily Lead To Decomposition, Bubbles Or Discoloration. After Melting, PVC Has High Viscosity And Poor Fluidity, And Requires A Large Injection Pressure To Fill The Mold.

During PVC Processing, Auxiliary Materials Such As Heat Stabilizers And Lubricants Need To Be Added To Improve The Thermal Stability And Fluidity Of The Material. After Cooling, PVC Has A Low Shrinkage Rate And The Finished Product Has Stable Dimensions. The Cooling Speed Needs To Be Controlled To Avoid Deformation Caused By Excessive Temperature Differences.
