PTFETeflon

PTFE(Polytetrafluoroethylene) Has Extremely Poor Fluidity At High Temperatures And Is Not Easy To Melt. It Requires Special Processes Such As Pre-Pressing And Sintering To Assist In Molding. The Processing Temperature Is Much Higher Than That Of Ordinary Plastics And The Cooling Shrinkage Needs To Be Precisely Controlled. The Low Adhesion Characteristics Require The Mold Design To Take Into Account Smooth Demoulding And Structural Stability. The Overall Process Complexity Is Relatively High.
