The tips for using molds include the following aspects:

Installation and disassembly tips: For extrusion molds, special attention should be paid to the installation and disassembly process. The mold core and the mold frame are detachably connected through fixed structures (such as fixed grooves, bolts, screw holes, etc.), which makes it easy and quick to replace the worn mold core without replacing the entire mold, thereby reducing the cost of use.

Cleaning and maintenance tips: When cleaning the mold, the mold core can be disassembled for cleaning to avoid the difficulty and inconvenience of cleaning the entire mold. In addition, using alcohol to thoroughly disinfect the mold and use it after drying can ensure that the mold is clean and hygienic to avoid bacterial growth.

Operation specifications: When using injection molds, certain operation specifications need to be followed. For example, when installing the die head, it is necessary to detect and confirm that the die head is qualified, connect it to part 14 through bolts, and use a level to calibrate the longitudinal and lateral level of the die head to ensure that the heating plate (ring) is in full contact with the die head.

Material handling tips: When using molds, material handling is also very important. For example, in the soap making process, the dilution ratio of lye is very important, the dilution ratio is 1:100, and the mold must be thoroughly cleaned after applying or soaking to ensure the quality of the soap body.
